No. The program can be completed remotely in our state of licensure, however, optional in-office service upgrades require visiting our office.

We are out-of-network for insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, though certain items may be HSA/FSA eligible.
Can I use insurance for lab tests?
Some out-of-network plans may cover specialty labs. We can provide superbills for submission, but coverage isn't guaranteed.
