Yes. WPP is designed to complement your current practice. Existing services, specialty labs, supplements brands, and additional wellness offerings can be incorporated into the program structure.
Technology requirements vary by practice and are minimal. WPP provides the systems needed to deliver and manage your wellness programs, including education, automation, and progress monitoring tools.
In addition to a website, providers handling protected health information should utilize a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system for patient documentation and secure communication. WPP is not HIPAA compliant and all clinical care can be integrated easily with a HIPAA compliant EHR system.
Implementation timelines vary based on customization needs and branding asset delivery compliance, but most clinics can complete onboarding and begin preparing for launch within several weeks.
Providers receive ongoing program edit access, implementation guidance, system updates, and support resources designed to help maintain and expand their wellness programs.
For each program, providers receive a professionally designed patient enrollment funnel, email campaign templates, social media graphics, QR codes, branded banners, patient education resources, and optional doctor-led webinars and/or lead magnets.
Yes. WPP can support multi-provider and multi-location organizations. During onboarding, we help develop a strategy that aligns with your clinic structure and growth goals.
The clinic remains responsible for all patient care, clinical decision-making, recommendations, and provider-patient relationships. WPP provides educational systems and implementation support but does not provide any direct patient care.
Optional upgrades, additional customizations, expanded content development, or additional programs may incur an additional fee. Any optional costs are reviewed before implementation.
We ask providers to commit to an initial four-month licensing period to allow adequate time to launch, refine workflows, and begin serving patients through their wellness program.
Monthly licensing fees begin after onboarding is completed and your program(s) are released for sale. Following the initial four-month licensing period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time without penalty.
